Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider.
Sessions may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance for out-of-network providers. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits for our-of-network providers?
- What is my deductible for out-of-network and has it been met?
- Is there a limit to how many sessions are covered per year?
- How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Unless there is an emergency, if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
